SDS Design have designed homes in: Christchurch, Kaitaia, Taupo, Hamilton, Coromandel, Melbourne and Sydney. "The pencil knows no mileage." Our Internet presence has ensured that we are not limited to one locality.SDS specialise in Lifestyle Homes and Subdivisions, but also mainly - renovations to older style bungalows and villas, and have around 30 years design and engineering experience and draw from, and a vast knowledge base to help our clients achieve their goals.
We also author and manage a specifically designed plan system through our GaraPlan Division. GaraPlan is a predesigned set of working drawings that are primarily designed for the lay-person to have quantifiable plans with multiple floor lay-out options for sheds, garages, small cottages, minor dwellings, garage buildings with loft accommodation, or any ancilliary buildings, Check this out!
